Don't get me wrong. I LOVE shopping-and I ESPECIALLY love shopping for Christmas presents.
Except, when it comes to ONE particular person!!! I won't name any names-but they know who they are.
You know the kind of folks I'm talking about. They're those snarky folks who, when you ask them what they want for Christmas say, "I don't need anything!"
Okay, maybe THEY don't think they need anything-and maybe...just maybe...(if they shop all year round like SOMEONE I know-they really don't need anything.
But they are darn well going to get something.....
The question is.....what????
Well, after coming home empty handed yesterday, I was in definite need of some inspiration, and boy did I find it!
Here are my top 5 ideas for that 'hard to buy for' person, that I absolutely LOVE!
1. A book! Yes, that's right. A good old fashioned-hold in your hands-turn the pages-BOOK! It can be a book about travel, how to, a cook book, or whatever that special (hard to buy for) person finds interesting. Of course you can order that unique book on line, but why not actually ENJOY the experience, and go to a brick and mortar store like, Barnes and Noble! You never know-you just might find one for yourself!
2. Gift baskets! Gourmet goodies, fruit, bath products-the options for filling a gift basket are truly endless, and easy, if you order one already made up online. But if you want to add that 'personal' touch, check out these links, for some inspiration.

3. Tickets! Concerts, Sports events, even movie tickets, can be the perfect gift (as long as you do some undercover work prior to purchase, to make sure there are no scheduling conflicts.) After all, who wouldn't like a little 'getaway' after the holidays?
4. Acts of service. Who doesn't need a little help from time to time? Well, this gift idea gives just that, and so much more. If you can't think of one thing for that hard to buy person-than offering assistance with housecleaning, running errands, child care, and even cooking a meal, just might be the perfect solution!
Have you started Christmas shopping yet? I hope these five ideas help for that 'hard to buy for' person in your life!
Blessings,
Christine
