Sensational Sunday Love Links!

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.  Yesterday, it rained most of the day, so I found myself 'indoors' working on some projects.  The first one I tackled was painting the beams in the dining room.  Notice I didn't say 'wood' beams.  (It's a long story-and I will tell you all about it in a later post!)  Anyway, standing on a ladder for most of the afternoon, is not exactly my kind of fun, and my back is certainly paying for it today!  UGH!

Oh well, enough of my complaining.  Today is all about LOVE, and I have a WHOLE lot of to share!

Before I get to my FAVORITE links of the week....let me show you something I fell in love with, and went through several obstacles to finally get!

I found this treasure in my mom's basement, hidden under boxes and boxes of STUFF. Removing these heavy items was the first obstacle-convincing mom I could get the table up her steep staircase-was the next.

Mom:  'You're never going to get up those stairs!  Why don't you wait until Michael can help you."

That was mom's first mistake.  She should know by now that I don't give up easily-and saying the word 'never', well, that only incites me more.  Long story short- I eventually got the table up the stairs (without any help)..but that wasn't the last obstacle I had to overcome with this piece.

I promise to tell you all about it-including this table's transformation....next week!

Okay-on with the love!!!

1.Speaking of tables...... this one has really been making it's way around Pinterest, and I can see why!!

 2.  I absolutely ADORE this beach inspired tablescape that Christina aka- The Frugal Homemaker, created, and will definitely be replicating it soon!

3.  Carrie, author of the blog, A Mother's Shadow, speaks my kind of cooking language-simple and delicious!  That is exactly what her Coconut Poke Cake is-I loved it so much that I ordered her cookbook!  You should too!!!

4. Who wouldn't want a beverage station on their front porch? Christine, over at Little Brags, sure knows how to give a warm welcome to her guests!

5. You all know I'm a lover of all things old and vintage, so when I came across these Antique graphics that Angie, author of the blog, Knick of Time Interiors is offering for FREE, I nearly fainted!!!   (A trip to town for some more printer ink will be a definite MUST!)

6. Everyone needs some help every now and then, and Sinea, from the blog, Ducks 'n a Row, is your gal, if you're looking to get more exposure on FACEBOOK.  But you need to hurry, because her social media party is ending soon!!!

7.  Don't get me wrong- I love my junk garden, but I have major junk envy over Carlene's!!!

Talk about INSPIRATION, huh folks? Well, that's it for this week.  Wishing you all a SENSATIONAL SUNDAY!
